If you’re planning your next wax in Santa Clara, you probably have a few questions before you book. From where to park to how far we are from local landmarks, we’ve got you covered with the details that matter most to our clients.

  • Parking is free in the shopping center lot, with plenty of spaces near the Sola Salon building. No meters, garages or validation needed.

  • Revel Wax is located at 2118 El Camino Real, inside the Sola Salon building in Suite 36 in Santa Clara’s 95050 ZIP code, between the Old Quad and Santa Clara Town Center. We’re also close to Target, Sprouts, and Santa Clara University.

  • Once you enter Sola Salon, head to the left of the lobby and you’ll find Suite 36 on the left-hand side. There’s no need to check in. If we’re finishing up with another client when you arrive, just have a seat on the bench outside the studio, and we’ll come get you as soon as we’re ready.

  • At Revel Wax, our most requested services are Brazilian waxing and brow shaping. Many clients from San Jose, Campbell, Sunnyvale, and Cupertino come in for monthly maintenance to stay smooth year-round.

  • Yes. Our location on El Camino Real is convenient to San Jose, Sunnyvale, Campbell, and Cupertino, with a direct route from many parts of the South Bay that doesn’t require getting on the freeway.

  • Yes. Our Santa Clara location is near major employers, including NVIDIA, Intel, Applied Materials, and ServiceNow, making it convenient to fit a wax into your day if you live or work nearby.

  • We don’t accept walk-ins. All appointments are booked in advance through our online booking portal, so you can choose the service and appointment time that works best for you.

  • If it’s your first visit, arriving about five minutes early is perfect. Returning clients can arrive at their scheduled appointment time. There’s no need to check in—if the studio door is closed, simply have a seat on the bench outside, and we’ll come get you when it’s time for your appointment.

  • We have a five-minute grace period for late arrivals. Because appointments are scheduled back-to-back, arrivals more than five minutes late will need to be rescheduled. This helps us stay on time and give every client their full appointment.

  • We ask that appointments be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. This gives us enough time to offer the appointment to another client.

  • We understand that things happen, so we allow one no-show per year without a fee. After a second no-show, online booking will be restricted until a fee equal to 50% of the missed service is paid. Once that’s taken care of, you’re welcome to book with us again.
